Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for Program Facilities Change-Over Plan development and execution of PARs to the Plant for responsible New Model Programs
Direct funding transfers and re-allocation due to Program Change Requests for responsible New Model Programs
Support Body Leader and Facilities Implementation Supervisor for overall program and project financial accountability
Responsible for final project close-out and BCE Facilities Exit Checklist completion development of bid specifications and clarification
Develop on-site construction facilities plan and layout
Develop special safety, environmental and emergency response requirements
Responsible for field engineering and supporting for conveyors and facilities installation
Responsible for Facility Launch Plan
Lead project close-out process including verification and storage of as-built documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation
6 years of experience with using computer CAD Autodesk
6 years of experience with performing 3D spatial modeling
4 years of experience working in plant manufacturing, including onsite support within facilities for conveyor, demolition, and construction activities
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification.
