Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience and education.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology
  • Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience or equivalent
