About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accelerate synergies and drive plans to address gaps to drive accelerated outcomes within Manufacturing IT portfolio.
Responsible for tracking/reporting actionable roadmaps required to meet the IT Manufacturing vision/mission objectives.
Collaborate closely with plant operations, engineering, internal and external stakeholders to help track progress across the Manufacturing strategic action plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or a highly analytical/quantitative field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
7+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 3-5 years specifically within an automotive manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Skills will include:
Proven track record of taking high-level organizational strategies and breaking them down into tactical, executed projects
Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (e.g., Stamping, Body, Paint, Assembly, Powertrain, or EV Battery assembly).
Strong familiarity with integration architectures applications and Industrial equipment’s.
Data analysis skills and comfortable working with large datasets and financial budgets.
3+ years of experience with enterprise tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Workboard ,MS Project etc.) to manage planning, and dependency mapping.
1+ years of hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI/ML tools, RPA software (e.g., UiPath), low-code automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate), or AI-assisted coding/workflow tools.
