About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accelerate synergies and drive plans to address gaps to drive accelerated outcomes within Manufacturing IT portfolio.
  • Responsible for tracking/reporting actionable roadmaps required to meet the IT Manufacturing vision/mission objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with plant operations, engineering, internal and external stakeholders to help track progress across the Manufacturing strategic action plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or a highly analytical/quantitative field or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 3-5 years specifically within an automotive manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. Skills will include:
  • Proven track record of taking high-level organizational strategies and breaking them down into tactical, executed projects
  • Deep understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (e.g., Stamping, Body, Paint, Assembly, Powertrain, or EV Battery assembly).
  • Strong familiarity with integration architectures applications and Industrial equipment’s.
  • Data analysis skills and comfortable working with large datasets and financial budgets.
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Workboard ,MS Project etc.) to manage planning, and dependency mapping.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of AI/ML tools, RPA software (e.g., UiPath), low-code automation platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate), or AI-assisted coding/workflow tools.
