About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage lending to a diverse range of dealer borrowers
  • Ensure our portfolio remains secure and losses are minimized
  • Proactively manage the Dealer Lending Portfolio
  • Work with external advisors and establish/manage impact on Ford Credit’s security position
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior management of Dealers
  • Prepare and present high-quality recommendations on credit proposals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual Fluency: Professional fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
  • Credit Expertise: Proven experience in commercial/corporate credit analysis, underwriting, or commercial lending
  • Financial Acumen: Strong ability to analyze complex corporate financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
  • Risk & Security Knowledge: A solid understanding of how lenders protect themselves
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently, prioritize a high-volume portfolio, and meet tight deadlines
  • Desirable Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian; Educated to degree level in Finance, Business, or equivalent
