About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support organizational change by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting with the implementation of strategies to enhance efficiency, technology adoption, and business performance.
- Collaborate on initiatives to optimize dealer and distributor performance.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Track and help reduce Repair Order (RO) duration.
- Leverage digital technologies to shape the future of Ford's service and parts operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in automotive business development, wholesale parts, dealer relations, service operations, or business/digital transformation support.
- 2+ years of experience navigating "white space" projects—demonstrating flexibility, managing ambiguity, and helping establish structure and processes in undefined or rapidly evolving business environments.
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis, process mapping, market reporting, or business intelligence.
- 1+ years of demonstrated ability to support organizational change, analyze processes, and assist in implementing process improvements.
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination, with the ability to work across functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ years of experience with excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to organize complex data into clear, actionable updates for stakeholders.
- Prior experience within the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) or related operations in roles such as:
- - Business Development Manager
- - Ownership Zone Manager
- - CPWD Zone Manager
- - Parts Supply and Logistics
- Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with the Powertrain (PT) business, including ICE and EV components, remanufacturing, and distribution networks (PTD, CPWD, IRF).
- Experience tracking dealer service metrics, such as Repair Order (RO) duration or parts delivery cycles.
- Experience supporting digital transformation tools, such as AI agents, automated reporting dashboards, process playbooks, or business process mapping.
- Familiarity with project planning, issue tracking, or change management processes.
