About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with data scientists, business owners, and database developers to formulate business problems, design analytical models, and deploy data-driven solutions.
  • Build, validate, and optimize predictive and statistical models to uncover trends, conduct A/B testing, and enable precise audience segmentation.
  • Create and publish automated reports, metrics, and visual dashboards using industry-standard tools (such as Power BI and Looker) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data anomalies or quality issues by collaborating with technical and business platform owners.
  • Continuously evaluate data collection methods, reporting workflows, and delivery systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall business value.
  • Synthesize sophisticated datasets and analytical findings into clear, compelling presentations and strategic recommendations for non-technical leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 3 or more years of professional experience in data, statistical, or business analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries) and programming languages like Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience working within cloud environments (such as Google Cloud Platform/GCP) and utilizing data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Microsoft Excel).
  • Solid understanding of statistical testing methodologies, A/B testing, and managing large, complex data structures.
