About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with data scientists, business owners, and database developers to formulate business problems, design analytical models, and deploy data-driven solutions.
Build, validate, and optimize predictive and statistical models to uncover trends, conduct A/B testing, and enable precise audience segmentation.
Create and publish automated reports, metrics, and visual dashboards using industry-standard tools (such as Power BI and Looker) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data anomalies or quality issues by collaborating with technical and business platform owners.
Continuously evaluate data collection methods, reporting workflows, and delivery systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall business value.
Synthesize sophisticated datasets and analytical findings into clear, compelling presentations and strategic recommendations for non-technical leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Typically 3 or more years of professional experience in data, statistical, or business analysis.
Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries) and programming languages like Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
Hands-on experience working within cloud environments (such as Google Cloud Platform/GCP) and utilizing data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Microsoft Excel).
Solid understanding of statistical testing methodologies, A/B testing, and managing large, complex data structures.
