Establish, implement, and oversee operational aspects of the bank's cash and liquidity management function.
Manage the bank’s cash flow operations, forecasting, and internal controls.
Safeguard balance sheet resilience through rigorous liquidity stress testing and ensure compliance with LCR and NSFR regulatory requirements.
Build best-in-class operational processes, policies, and controls to support the bank's growth and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three years of experience in cash management operations within a regulated banking environment.
Strong understanding of banking payment systems (wire transfers, ACH, real-time payments) and their underlying operational mechanics.
Proficiency in developing and managing cash forecasting models and providing timely data to internal stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of internal controls, risk management best practices, and regulatory compliance (e.g., BSA/AML, NACHA rules) pertaining to cash operations, with a strong emphasis on maintaining an audit-ready environment.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with business continuity planning for critical financial operations.
