Key responsibilities & impact

Drive robust ingestion capabilities for structured data and unstructured data.
Act as the product leader for the EDP Console.
Leverage unstructured ingestion capabilities to build and scale the Vision Intelligence Platform.
Champion AI-driven PM practices across the organization.
Mentor and train team members in product management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in data product management, platform engineering, or enterprise data architecture, with a proven track record of managing direct reports.
Modern PM & AI Skills: Demonstrated experience using AI-powered product management tools (e.g., Generative AI for drafting PRDs, AI-driven backlog grooming, automated user feedback analysis) and a passion for upskilling teams in these technologies.
Proven track record of managing Data Ingestion platforms, unified developer/data consoles, or AI/ML model deployment.
Experience with Computer Vision use cases, anomaly detection models, or manufacturing/quality systems is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of structured databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2) and experience building pipelines for unstructured data (Video, Audio, PDF, Document processing).
Experience integrating diverse data products (Data Catalogs, Semantic Layers, Data Quality tools) into a unified user interface.
Strong knowledge of FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and platform analytics (measuring adoption, usage, and relevancy).
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align business, engineering, and quality/governance teams.
