About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day strategic relationship between Ford Racing and Red Bull across North America and global initiatives.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities between Ford and Red Bull beyond motorsports competition.
- Build annual integrated partnership roadmaps aligned to Ford Racing product launches, racing programs, dealer priorities, and lifestyle initiatives.
- Collaborate with Ford global marketing, Ford Racing vehicle teams, regional business units, and Red Bull leadership to scale partnership opportunities internationally.
- Develop executive-level presentations and business cases demonstrating ROI, audience growth, cultural relevance, and revenue opportunities.
- Help establish Ford Racing as a culturally relevant lifestyle brand through immersive experiences and modern fan engagement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in the field of Partnership Management, marketing, business development or strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in a partnership management role is a plus.
- Global Brand & Enthusiast experience is a plus.
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
- Innovative thinking and ability to think strategically.
- Passion for Ford Racing and what it represents to the company.
- Moderate travel will be required.
- Practical knowledge in brand identity.
- Strong presentation skills.
