Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure accurate and timely employee compensation by managing payroll functions
Calculate paychecks, withholding taxes, and maintaining payroll records
Address employee inquiries and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
Process and validate time and pay across multiple platforms
Collaborate with HR, external service providers, Labor Affairs, and finance teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required
2+ years of experience processing and/or calculating payroll in multi-state environments.
Familiar with payroll software and/or systems is a must, including Oracle Cloud or a similar payroll system.
Familiar with timekeeping software and/or systems is highly desirable.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) desirable.
