About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the operational execution and administration of technician training and workforce development initiatives.
Establish and maintain operational processes that support program delivery, scalability, and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve organizational effectiveness through technology and process improvement.
Develop and monitor operational performance metrics, service levels, and resource utilization.
Oversee training center operations, facilities, leases, site development, and infrastructure planning.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and aligned with organizational requirements.
Manage budgets, forecasts, purchased services, and operational expenditures.
Ensure fiscally responsible decision-making and effective allocation of organizational resources.
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Lead and develop a team responsible for operational execution and resource management.
Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and resource requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, program management, facilities, infrastructure, or resource management.
5+ years of experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and operational resources.
5+ years of project management and process improvement experience.
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and complex operational environments.
Experience managing training facilities, service operations, educational programs, or workforce development initiatives.
