About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own operational delivery for PCs (SLA adherence, exceptions, escalations)
Forecast and deliver annual device renewal plan
Maintain performance-based freshness of PC fleet
Manage available inventory levels (FIFO, lean on-hand)
Manage approximately $60M budget
Manage relationships with key PC suppliers and managed services
Drive continual improvement initiatives with suppliers
Partner with Ford Site Management to deliver services across the region
Day-day supervision of 5-10 direct reports
Other reasonable activity required by management/leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology Management or similar or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
3+ years of experience operating in a structured, process-driven environment (e.g., SLA-based delivery, supply chain operations, asset lifecycle, or service operations)
2+ years managing suppliers/service providers, including defining performance expectations and driving measurable improvement through governance, reviews, and corrective actions.
2+ years of forecasting and delivering to budget
2+ years of experience leading a team
2+ years of experience with demonstrated capability to synthesize complex operational data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively to senior leadership
