Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the continued development and improvement of the Ford Land maintenance and operations platform
Regularly collaborate with stakeholders and partners to understand requirements, problem solve, realize efficiencies and deliver results
Lead a team of facility and experience managers, skilled trades, and suppliers
Inspire excellence, problem-solve, and prioritize work that matters.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
5+ years of experience in maintenance and engineering
Demonstrated excellence in integrated facility management (IFM), asset management, workforce planning, and customer service
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop employees
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
Even better, you may have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and constraint management principles.
Safety and Quality experience.
Prior experience leading a unionized work force.
