About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support strategic product planning and development throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Write clear and concise documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Track and report on success criteria, OKRs, KPI usage, and outcomes for products.
Ensure a smooth launch of the Minimum Marketable Product capabilities and drive adoption across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
3+ years’ experience with asset-based receivables and/or monetary payments.
Knowledge of Monetary and Payment business processes.
Project management tools like Atlassian JIRA/Rally.
SAFe Agilist certification.
Organizational and time management skills to keep teams and projects on schedule.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication (written and oral) skills for working in a global environment.
