About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage complex, end-to-end supply chain programs that span procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and planning.
- Drive transformation through structured change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization.
- Shape strategy, develop scalable solutions, and enable data-driven decision making that improves performance today while building the supply chain capabilities of the future.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, including S&OP, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Strong understanding of MP&L systems (e.g., SAP S4 HANA, E2Open)
- Strong understanding of MP&L Processes including parts follow up processes.
- MP&L Plant Operations Experience.
