About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in managing production suppliers across the region.
Evaluate supplier production capacity, material quality, delivery reliability, and financial stability.
Consistent tracking of part quality, on-time delivery, and material costs, including on-site audits at supplier facilities.
Support suppliers in improving processes and capabilities through knowledge sharing and investment in new technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives (cost, timing, quality).
Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and track price changes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recent college graduate or early-career professional Engineering.
Maximum two years of experience. Genuine interest in supply chain / manufacturing process / problem solving.
Full professional proficiency in English (oral, reading, writing, and listening).
Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position.
Negotiation skills is a plus.
Self-motivated/independent/resourceful.
Willing to learn.
Analytical skills (data-driven and capable of analyzing multiple scenarios).
Extra academic achievements are a must! (we are looking for examples leadership and collaboration skills)
Availability to travel up to 40% in domestic areas in STA, SOT on a time-to-time basis.
