STA Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in managing production suppliers across the region.
- Evaluate supplier production capacity, material quality, delivery reliability, and financial stability.
- Consistent tracking of part quality, on-time delivery, and material costs, including on-site audits at supplier facilities.
- Support suppliers in improving processes and capabilities through knowledge sharing and investment in new technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives (cost, timing, quality).
- Conduct data analysis to inform business decisions and track price changes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent college graduate or early-career professional Engineering.
- Maximum two years of experience. Genuine interest in supply chain / manufacturing process / problem solving.
- Full professional proficiency in English (oral, reading, writing, and listening).
- Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to be successful in this position.
- Negotiation skills is a plus.
- Self-motivated/independent/resourceful.
- Willing to learn.
- Analytical skills (data-driven and capable of analyzing multiple scenarios).
- Extra academic achievements are a must! (we are looking for examples leadership and collaboration skills)
- Availability to travel up to 40% in domestic areas in STA, SOT on a time-to-time basis.
