About the role

  • Guide products through full aftermarket parts lifecycle with direct accountability for revenue generation and profit optimization
  • Define customer landscape and identify evolving needs via market research and competitive analysis
  • Leverage pricing, national offers, new product introductions, marketing supplier subvention, channel focus, training, brand selection and SKU category optimization
  • Explore and integrate new business models, digital solutions, and partnerships to expand market reach and customer value
  • Manage the parts cycle plan
  • Evaluate market suppliers with Purchasing to identify optimal solutions and business models
  • Meet sales objectives and drive market penetration
  • Project manage the Product Launch RACI for all new product launches
  • Establish pricing inputs based on market evaluation
  • Conduct post-launch ongoing analysis
  • Manage support functions requirements with delivery (PS&L, SEO, Manufacturing, Finance)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a deep understanding of product development (Supply chain and/or marketing a bonus)
  • 7 - 10+ years with OEM or aftersales parts supplier understanding product development, manufacturing, global supply chains and dealer/distributor networks
  • 25% travel within the United States
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills to prepare, present, & communicate project status and results regularly
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Visa sponsorship NOT available; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
