About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and implementation of ERG strategic objectives, initiatives and programming. Provide general support for the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office.
- Conduct research for presentations and learning materials.
- Create and edit Excel reports, PowerPoint decks, and other documents in support of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs and initiatives.
- Maintain appropriate processes, toolkits, guidelines, policies, practices that advance efficient and effective ERG operations.
- Develop suggestions on initiatives to take within the organizations to support diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Work with communications to drive external and internal diversity, inclusiveness, and respect-related messages through various channels within the company.
- Maintain event payment cycles and processes to ensure fiscal compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in ERG-related programming within a large complex organization similar to Ford
- 2+ years of Project management experience
- 2+ years of Organizational development/change management skills
