About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner cross-functionally and with key external partners to manage the Ford Racing brand.
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership and key stakeholders, managing key brand strategies and partnerships to promote growth and awareness.
  • Prioritize proper brand implementation and holding all internal and external partners accountable.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the field of marketing, brand or strategy and a minimum of 2+ years of brand management experience.
  • Travel will be required.
  • Practical knowledge in brand identity.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Global Brand & Enthusiast experience is a plus.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Innovative thinking and ability to think strategically.
  • Passion for Ford Racing and what it represents to the company.
