About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy and execution of a unified digital ecosystem for Fleet Management.
  • Transform complex fleet data into intuitive tools and actionable insights.
  • Define and execute a strategic roadmap for fleet management tools and insights modules.
  • Conduct user research to identify friction points in fleet workflows.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, maintaining a prioritized backlog.
  • Partner with Design to create insights modules for managers to interpret KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to build a modular UI framework.
  • Work closely with Operations, Account Management, and Marketing for product alignment.
  • Lead product launches and facilitate training for customer adoption.
  • Ensure integration of the fleet toolset within the broader digital ecosystem.
  • Utilize analytics for performance tracking and improvement of product modules.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or Logistics.
  • UX Focus: Proven track record of developing customer-facing interfaces and managing complex user personas.
  • Data Literacy: Demonstrated ability to translate large datasets into simplified, actionable dashboard experiences.
  • Matrix Navigation: Ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment, managing multiple stakeholders and technical dependencies.
  • Familiarity with modern product tools: JIRA, Figma, Google Cloud, and GitHub.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven architectures and modular design systems.
