Key responsibilities & impact

Program Manager of Hybrid Electric unit program managing delivery through all Milestones from kickoff through to launch of the vehicle program.
Interface with the Ford Planning organization, Ford Racing Engineering, Finance and the Supply base to manage xHEV deliverables that are compatible across several program applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS degree in Engineering required.
Minimum of 15 years experience including Program Management and Engineering
Ability to develop clear working level documents and management presentations as well as clear/concise communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills.
Engineering MS degree or higher (Desired)
Experience delivering hybrid powerpacks and subsystems (Desired)
Working understanding of Functional requirements, failure mode effects, causes, severity and detection methods (DFMEAs) (Desired)
Ability and willingness to travel to both Ford and supplier domestic and foreign locations (Desired).
