About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted corporate advisor to a dedicated portfolio of dealers, providing insights and best practices to optimize business operations, financial management, and program compliance.
  • Develop strong consultative relationships to address dealer-specific challenges and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze and improve Sales or Service Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to ensure an industry-leading customer journey.
  • Implement corporate initiatives that enhance dealer profitability while fostering long-term brand loyalty.
  • Use advanced analytics to assess performance against company benchmarks, identify market trends, and help dealers develop actionable business growth plans.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Ford Credit, and Ford Customer Service) to provide comprehensive support to the Dealer Network.
  • Deliver monthly regional wholesale and Market Area Performance (MAP) sales targets, market share, and focus audience objectives.
  • Guide dealers through the Ford Commitment Program, Ford Blue Advantage (CPO), and Electric Vehicle (EV) compliance and infrastructure requirements.
  • Execute Regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and align Tier 1-3 marketing efforts to drive retail traffic.
  • Lead the launch and sustainment of "Remote Experience" programs, including Mobile Service and Pickup & Delivery.
  • Consult on service shop productivity, Service Lane Selling, and digital tool integration (e.g., Ford Service Reservation+) to drive Customer Pay RO growth.
  • Collaborate with dealers to reduce Warranty RO duration and accelerate Vehicle Off Road (VOR) resolutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, or Communications).
  • 2+ years of relevant professional sales experience.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team members, weekly, in person at the regional office.
  • Ability to travel multiple days a week, including long drives, potential overnight stays, and air travel.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Willingness to relocate nationally for current and future company needs.
