About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process ownership for Ford Plants in North America
- Program Balance Management for balance out programs
- Identify obsolescence parts and work on salvaging them
- Point of contact for supplier claims
- Lead physical/digital audits and negotiate recoveries
- Ensure timely settlement of claims
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: B.E. or Equivalent. MBA preferred
- 3 yrs + experience in Supply Chain Management (Preferred), Pre-Production Management (PPM), Supplier Constraint Mgt., Capacity Planning or Purchasing in Manufacturing/Engineering industry.
- Knowledge in ERP system, Program cycle management, Bill of Materials, Engineering Changes, Balance Out process are highly required.
- Supply chain & high-level Engineering change process knowledge is a must.
- Good Data Analytics & data crunching is a must.
- Require to have digital tool knowledge like PowerBi, PowerApps, Power Query, RPA, AI/ML are preferred
- Automotive product knowledge is an added advantage
