About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and functional support for integrating iERP systems with the SAP S/4HANA platform.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on accounting standards, ensuring Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) configurations comply with corporate policies and local regulations.
Lead technical meetings and executive steering committees, managing stakeholders across time zones (US, India, and South America).
Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) financial processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency across the SAP ecosystem.
Ensure change management by supporting South American business units during the transition, ensuring data accuracy and user readiness.
Execute the transition to the Finance organization to support regional accounting and finance functions.
Support daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regional regulations.
Use technical system knowledge to support month-end close activities and maintain data integrity within the ERP.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (active CRC or equivalent preferred).
Technical Experience: Deep knowledge of corporate accounting, financial reporting, and end-to-end Plan to Report (PTR) and Source to Pay (S2P) cycles.
SAP Experience: Proven experience as a Key User or project team member on SAP implementation/migration projects (preferably S/4HANA).
Languages: Fluent English — essential for participating in meetings and collaborating with global teams in the US and India.
Basic Spanish — required for reporting to regional management in Argentina and supporting South American operations.
Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project environments, with autonomy and leadership skills to drive initiatives independently.
Desirable (Innovation): Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and familiarity with Python or other automation tools.
