About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Ford Customization Events strategy and Ford Custom Garage (FCG) marketing strategy.
  • Responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of events (SEMA/Dealer Show/activations) and delivering annual FCG volume targets.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Ford customization marketing and events, streamlining messaging across all channels.
  • Grow awareness, consideration, and demand for Ford Customization products.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 10–15 years of working experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex event logistics, marketing launches, and multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to prepare and present project status and results to leadership.
  • Ability to lead the creation of marketing materials that support the business and financial objectives of the team.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Planning, Program Management, FCS, Brand Teams, and Ford Racing.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and familiarity with eCommerce systems.
  • Experience as a people leader is preferred, with a focus on coaching and driving accountability.
