About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Ford Customization Events strategy and Ford Custom Garage (FCG) marketing strategy.
Responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of events (SEMA/Dealer Show/activations) and delivering annual FCG volume targets.
Serve as the single point of contact for Ford customization marketing and events, streamlining messaging across all channels.
Grow awareness, consideration, and demand for Ford Customization products.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required.
10–15 years of working experience.
Strong organizational skills to manage complex event logistics, marketing launches, and multi-million dollar budgets.
Strong written and verbal skills to prepare and present project status and results to leadership.
Ability to lead the creation of marketing materials that support the business and financial objectives of the team.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Planning, Program Management, FCS, Brand Teams, and Ford Racing.
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and familiarity with eCommerce systems.
Experience as a people leader is preferred, with a focus on coaching and driving accountability.
