About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ford Racing Engineering Lead in the Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) on the Bronco Raptor product.
  • Manage the quality of the Bronco Raptor to meet the customer requirements with cross-functional team members.
  • Use data driving methods to problem solve issues as they arise to deliver a high quality Bronco Raptor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 3-5 years combined experience in Program Management, VO/Launch, PVT, Quality
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to drive a team to resolution with work plans and accountability
  • High degree of self-motivation and willingness to commit extra effort to "get the job done"
  • Candidate must be comfortable in speaking and working with Chief / Director level management
  • Candidate must be comfortable in speaking and working with Plant Line Operators through Area Managers in understanding and resolving of issues
  • Previous rotations in Ford assembly plants
  • Experience in vehicle evaluation, program management, product launch or quality roles
  • Passion for Raptor and Ford Racing products.
