Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate on multi-year product strategy for Ford Motor Company
Own the strategy for your product area, defining your vision, goals, and investments
Develop new product pitches and requirements, and translating into high quality product roadmaps
Coordinating a diverse team of engineers, designers, and partner product teams to innovate new and enhance existing products to drive your vision.
Managing a diverse roadmap and making tradeoff decisions between investments across multiple years
Analyzing data and performing sophisticated analytical exercises
Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of internal processes and product development mechanisms to increase throughput
Managing weekly, and monthly product/business reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
A proven track record of setting and exceeding aggressive goals
Ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and effectively across internal and external organizations
