About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic HR partnership to business operations leaders in a function, market, or business unit.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to help shape and execute an HR agenda that enables delivery of the organization’s goals.
  • Partner closely with the HR Business Partner Director and your peers to optimize talent, engagement, and the overall employee experience.
  • Support any of the following organizations: Electric Vehicles (EVs), Digital, Design; Industrial System; Corporate Capabilities; Go-to-Market.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of HR experience
  • Willingness to relocate, depending on location of job
  • Experience with organization design and change management
  • Willingness to work in person at Ford’s Dearborn, MI headquarters
  • Even better, you may have...
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, an MBA with a concentration in human resources, or advanced degree in a related field (e.g., industrial/organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, human factors, social science)
  • Experience in management consulting
  • Experience supporting a global team
  • Experience supporting Tech/Design teams
  • Experience with recruiting, including executive recruiting, and onboarding
  • Strong project management skills with a high level of attention to detail
