About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and deployment of data products (data sets, dashboards, etc.) as required per the needs of the organization.
- Identify other opportunities to improve the business through data analytics and key insights.
- Identify, connect, process, and organize key data elements from a variety of sources.
- Scale work from minimum viable product/lean delivery to fully automated workflows that are self-sustaining.
- Drive efficiency by reducing dependency on file drops and manual file manipulation by leveraging of database solutions and automation.
- Maintain data and reporting integrity.
- Build with an eye on the global business where possible.
- Provide training and support for data users.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or Related field or Equivalent Experience.
- Min of 1-2 years’ experience in Analytics or Data Modelling.
- Thorough understanding of Ford's Technical Support Operations and larger Service
- Experience using Alteryx, GCP, SQL - or the willingness and dedication to learn.
- Engineering Operations business, preferably through direct work experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex information to audiences of diverse levels/backgrounds.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to interface effectively with management and external partners and customers.
- Strong teamwork and collaborative behaviors.
- Process-oriented mindset with an eye for potential efficiencies.
