About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Product Line Owner, you're responsible for working with various teams in the identification, development, execution, and ongoing management of Digital Customer & Dealer Experiences, as well as external provider integrations.
  • You will have a laser focus on customer, dealer and partner integration requirements, ensuring the delivery of a best-in-class scheduling and service experience for retail and commercial fleet customers.
  • This role is central to managing a diverse landscape of provider capabilities—including Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and scheduling tools—to provide exceptional experiences across all channels, such as Mobile App, Web, and Fleet Telematics.
  • Working alongside Engineering, Design, and Operations teams, you will utilize your full playbook to drive delivery and ongoing support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Design Engineering, Automotive Engineering Technology, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. 3D CAD design of automotive components and assemblies using Catia, 3DExperience, Solidworks, Creo, or NX. 2. Change Management and release of automotive components and assemblies using the following Product Lifecycle Management Software: Enovia, 3DExperience, or Arena. 3. Documenting engineering work in Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence.
  • 3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Developing and delivering prototype parts for new automotive products. 2. Tracking, documenting and resolving issues with Atlassian tools including Confluence and Jira. 3. Solving cross functional vehicle integration problems for automotive products.
  • 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Applying and interpreting Geometric Design and Tolerancing (GD&T) methods on drawings.
