Manager GTM – Core Systems and Attribute Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- **In this position...**
- - Leading teams with members signing off programs utilizing CAE and physical test methods for ICE/Hybrid/BEV Products.
- - Drive teams to develop, correlate and apply new CAE methods to support product development and virtual test sign-off.
- - New technology development, both strategy and hardware.
- - Ensure thermal system components align with new electrical system architectures.
- ****What you'll do...**
- - Interface with teams throughout the company to enable the optimum attribute trade-offs.
- - Interface with application and subsystem teams to support overall vehicle sign-off.
- - Attestation for defrost performance and other regulatory requirements.
- - Support warranty reduction analysis.
- - Support TVM / Cost Reduction while maintaining quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- **You'll have...**
- - B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- - A strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer.
- - 5+ years minimum experience in vehicle development processes.
- - Self-directed, confident, and resilient individual with excellent communication skills.
- - Excellent people management skills.
- - Motivation to work in a fast-moving environment.
- - Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues and effectively communicate to management.
- ****Even better, you may have...**
- - Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- - 5+ years plus experience in automotive ICE/Powertrain or vehicle CAE & testing.
- - Demonstrated ability to effectively represent the company and interact with suppliers.
- - Ability to communicate clearly and express new ideas to all levels of management.
- - Demonstrated delivery of results.
- - Ability to balance objectives and resolve conflicts.
- - Ability to institutionalize the key factors of thermal systems success and lessons learned through documentation.
- - Ability to form an opinion, communicate it effectively at all levels, and drive the company in a winning direction.
- - Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and follow-up.
