About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Effectively present and communicate project delivery strategies, statuses, risks and key decisions within project teams and with Senior Management on a regular basis.
- Assist in new process creation and roll out
- Provide guidance to product teams on agile ceremonies, best practices, and implementation
- Help the project Business Owner define and articulate project strategy and objectives, scope, and business requirements.
- Identify, research, analyze and manage risks and interdependencies within projects/systems/resources, and formulate plausible solutions and contingency plans in consultation with stakeholders and Senior Management.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, to scope and within budget
- Starting right from project Discovery, document project scope, high-level solutions and business requirements, and working with IT resources, gather detailed requirements and define detailed implementation plans
- Ensure all impacted partners are involved and effectively interact with agency/vendor/business partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- 4 + years of experience working in an agile development-based environment with decision-making and creative problem-solving skills
- 6 + years of project management experience working in a fast-paced, environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
- Master Degree
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Scrum Master or formal training in an agile delivery model
- PMP certification
- Understanding of capacity-based planning
- Demonstrable ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
- Ability to work both independently and multi-functionally to achieve desired results
- Understanding of ecommerce standard processes.
