Key responsibilities & impact

Effectively present and communicate project delivery strategies, statuses, risks and key decisions within project teams and with Senior Management on a regular basis.
Assist in new process creation and roll out
Provide guidance to product teams on agile ceremonies, best practices, and implementation
Help the project Business Owner define and articulate project strategy and objectives, scope, and business requirements.
Identify, research, analyze and manage risks and interdependencies within projects/systems/resources, and formulate plausible solutions and contingency plans in consultation with stakeholders and Senior Management.
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, to scope and within budget
Starting right from project Discovery, document project scope, high-level solutions and business requirements, and working with IT resources, gather detailed requirements and define detailed implementation plans
Ensure all impacted partners are involved and effectively interact with agency/vendor/business partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
4 + years of experience working in an agile development-based environment with decision-making and creative problem-solving skills
6 + years of project management experience working in a fast-paced, environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
Master Degree
Agency experience highly preferred
Scrum Master or formal training in an agile delivery model
PMP certification
Understanding of capacity-based planning
Demonstrable ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
Ability to work both independently and multi-functionally to achieve desired results
Understanding of ecommerce standard processes.
