About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide data driven insight into national sales and marketing performance
  • Support strategic decision making across sales activity, finance penetration, renewals and forward order bank management
  • Work closely with dealer partners, Ford of Britain and wider European and global teams
  • Improve performance and strengthen reporting capabilities
  • Support growth areas such as online sales, loyalty, commercial vehicles and electric vehicles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to influence strategy and deliver results (**Essential**)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, ClickView or similar (**Essential**)
  • Confidence translating complex data into clear insight for non technical stakeholders, with strong communication and presentation skills (**Essential**)
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload effectively while working autonomously (**Essential**)
  • Knowledge of the automotive and/or automotive finance industry, including OEM or dealer operations (**Essential**)
  • Sales, operational or dealer systems experience, or experience working closely with national sales and marketing teams (**Desirable**)
