About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user inquiries, providing timely technical interventions.
Execute Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on support metrics to identify systemic knowledge gaps and implement proactive solutions that reduce recurring service requests.
Author comprehensive instructional content and digital media to facilitate self-service learning and standardize PLM best practices across the enterprise.
Lead engaging, process-centric training programs for global users, ensuring alignment between software functionality and manufacturing business requirements.
Collaborate with global teams to identify best practices.
Provide system onboarding support for internal and external users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BSc, Engineering OR a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems or Computer Engineering).
Experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
5+ years experience working in engineering business systems space.
5+ years experience in end user support.
Preferrable experience with manufacturing business processes (Bill of Process, Bill of Material, Change Management).
Familiarity with CAD environments (Preferrable NX).
Strong program management.
Strong time management.
Methodical problem solving.
