About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Streamline GTM Activation: Coordinate the communication of commercial incentives to internal GTM partners to ensure seamless execution across all sales channels.
- Synthesize Field Intelligence: Establish a regular cadence for gathering field feedback; distill these insights into actionable reports for internal teams to address market needs.
- Maintain Incentive Transparency: Publish and manage the "Sell Sheet" for dealers and field teams to ensure accurate, real-time visibility into commercial incentives.
- Align Brand Priorities: Collaborate with Brand Managers to define cross-vehicle priorities and brief GTM teams, utilizing the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework to track progress.
- Develop Marketing Assets: Lead the creation and distribution of marketing materials for Commercial Vehicle Center (CVC) dealers and field teams, driving dealer adoption and tool effectiveness.
- Lead Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with Finance, Tech, Web, and Field Operations to ensure brand alignment across all business units.
- Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Utilize sales and market share data to inform brand tactics and hold partners accountable for measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related
- 2+ years with either automotive field or dealer experience
- 1+ year of experience leveraging complex data sources to derive insights
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to craft customer-focused messaging
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Automotive fleet experience, preferred
- Experience in designing compelling marketing materials
- Experience in web and performance marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and consumer data
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and alignment across channels.
