About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sales Zone Managers play an important role in assisting Dealers in their day-to-day sales operations, growing market share, increasing sales in areas of need, wholesaling to the Dealer network and providing business operations consulting.
  • Listen to dealer needs, understand their concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Work independently in your daily activities and work as a team to share best practices while meeting service goals.
  • Network with colleagues and leaders throughout the organization and learn about career opportunities at Ford/Lincoln.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must reside in the Philadelphia region or willingness to relocate to the region
  • Ability to travel in market that may require overnight travel (i.e. Hotel stays Tuesdays to Fridays)
  • Minimum Travel Required: 4 or more days per week to local sites in market – up to a four-hour drive time in market
  • Travel 100+ miles
  • Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license
