About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the day to day product delivery for a team, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with agreed outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with software engineers, engineering managers, and technical leaders to shape backlog items that are technically sound, well scoped, and ready for delivery.
  • Translate customer, business, and platform needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that support incremental delivery.
  • Maintain and evolve the team backlog, balancing new work, technical improvements, operational needs, and delivery commitments.
  • Partner with engineering to plan and sequence work effectively, managing dependencies and trade offs while maintaining a sustainable delivery pace.
  • Actively participate in team ceremonies and ways of working, supporting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and changes clearly to stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
  • Use data, feedback, and learning from delivery to refine priorities and improve outcomes over time.
  • Work with other product and delivery partners to ensure alignment across teams and reduce friction at boundaries.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related field of study and professional experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a technical product management or delivery focused role working closely with software engineering teams.
  • Strong experience working with software engineers on complex, technical products or digital capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into well defined, deliverable units of work.
  • Solid technical understanding of modern software systems, enabling effective collaboration and trade off discussions with engineers.
  • Experience working in agile, iterative delivery environments with a focus on incremental value and fast feedback.
