Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare Data Analysis Reports (KPI) & management review materials for reviews & meetings.
Ensure the accuracy of all analytical outputs and reports.
Stay updated with the latest analytical tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvements and automation within the NPS/Warranty/IQS/VDS analysis framework.
Support cross functional efforts to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
Follow quality control measures and take corrective actions.
Deliver Operational efficiency actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Any Graduate in Engineering BE /Btech
2-5 Years of Experience
Preferred Knowledge in Automobile, Manufacturing Process, Features, Functionality & basic knowledge in Quality tools & Problem Solving Methods.
Proficient in MS Office Software – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Demonstrate understanding of Ford Quality Metrics – NPS, Warranty, J.D. Power etc.
Proficiency in any of following applications and Technology like Alteryx, GCP, Qlik sense, Advanced Excel (Incl. VBA), Power BI
