About the role

  • Driving the penetration and sales of Ford Pro Protect products across key channels including Pro Retail, Fleet, and Government
  • Direct engagement with Ford Pro customers and dealers
  • Managing a team of account managers

  • Collaborating extensively with various internal Ford Pro teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in Field Sales/Service with Knowledge of Account Management/Dealership Sales/Fixed Operations/Financing
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to drive for results without close supervision
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Overall excellent business acumen skills, fiscal management, and ability to develop innovative strategic and tactical actions
  • Good understanding of Ford Pro and Fixed Operations performance metrics (KPIs) – customer, operational, etc.
  • Ford Customer Service Division and Ford Pro experience preferred.
