About the role
- Lead and grow Corporate Sales across the Ford network.
- Monitor and optimise B2B performance (orders, volumes, PV/CV share).
- Redesign and implement Business Centre standards and performance models.
- Drive dealer network performance and engagement.
- Lead strategic planning related to commercial terms, programmes and product offers.
- Lead the rollout of the national Ford Rent / STR strategy.
- Manage fleet performance, onboarding, programs, and national agreements.
- Support national MDR and Direct Sales accounts.
- Negotiate and implement national public-sector contracts.
- Define and deliver remarketing strategy aligned with MDR and company car returns.
