About the role
- Act as hands-on Pega LSA tech lead and directly contribute to development
- Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models
- Lead development activities using PEGA PRPC 8.x tools and ensure best practices
- Implement advanced PEGA Case Management and complex flows (Split Join, Spin Off)
- Create Access Group, Work Queue and Access Role configurations
- Translate business requirements into design and application builds
- Develop API-based integrations (Connect/Service APIs) and dynamic UI controls
- Ensure technical, functional, performance and business requirements are met and maintain high Guardrail scores (90-97)
- Coordinate with project teams to align business architecture with customer needs
- Use UI/UX design practices and produce research assets (journey maps, personas, storyboards) to capture customer experience
- Plan, track activities and meet target deadlines
- Mentor and coach less experienced developers, resolve technical blockers, and ensure implementation quality and sustainability
Requirements
- 8+ years of Pega experience with performing LSA role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field
- PEGA LSA certification
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of gathering and analyzing requirements and designing software prototypes to support product development
- Is an effective communicator and can thrive in a highly matrixed organization
- Builds effective relationship with various functional and technical teams
- Contribute and maintain product backlog and enable the team to go further with effective usage of Jira
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Create Technical Solution documentation as required
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment with a curiosity towards new technologies and a strong desire to learn
- Understands Design Principles and Tools
- Hands On Experience Querying SQL/NoSQL Databases
- Understanding of Google cloud platform architecture and services
- Hands on experience working on cloud functions
