About the role
- Facilitate high-energy training sessions in both Spanish and English.
- Partner with individual departments and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine training priorities.
- Review and update company training materials.
- Coordinate all training logistics, including room bookings, IT requirements.
- Administer course evaluations and generate reports to measure program effectiveness.
- Perform training observations to evaluate delivery techniques.
- Ensure all course content is approved by Design and Legal teams.
- Design training materials and training-related documents as needed.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Requirements
- Bilingual Fluency: Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in communication and training delivery software (e.g., PowerPoint, Teams, and Slido).
- Adaptability: Proven ability to remain composed during unexpected technical issues.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data from evaluations.
- Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodology and Six Sigma is preferred.
- Operational Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically to deliver on-site training as required.
- Proven experience in delivering corporate training.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant experience in the field of 3 to 5 years.
