About the role
- Conduct local investigations for vehicles manufactured and sold in South America.
- Support global investigations for vehicles manufactured worldwide and sold in South American markets.
- Actively participate in rapid hubs and CCRG meetings.
- Open investigations in the GRID.
- Lead investigations with a cross-functional team.
- Support 14D and TRG forums and the development of fact sheets.
- Escalate investigations to the global team whenever other regions may be affected.
- Support documentation and communications regarding investigation results.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in product development and/or quality and assembly.
- Advanced English.
- Green Belt certification.
- Postgraduate degree in management and/or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Spanish.
- Black Belt certification.
- Knowledge of FAPs 03-170 and 176.
