About the role

  • Lead UX processes including discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually compelling designs
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, components, and design system assets
  • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and collaborative working sessions
  • Use research, analytics, and feedback loops to inform iterative improvements
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years UI/UX development experience
  • BSc, Computer Science OR related field (Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, etc)
