About the role
- Lead UX processes including discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually compelling designs
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, components, and design system assets
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and collaborative working sessions
- Use research, analytics, and feedback loops to inform iterative improvements
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- 5+ years UI/UX development experience
- BSc, Computer Science OR related field (Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, etc)
