About the role

  • Lead Strategic Operations: Oversee resource and budget planning for VEV across three major European sites: Cologne (Germany), Dunton (UK), and Lommel (Belgium).
  • Drive Excellence: Supervise site managers to deliver strong asset management, site strategy, and compliance with all regulations and best practices.
  • Champion Safety & Sustainability: Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met and continuously improved.
  • Innovate & Invest: Develop capital investment plans and prototype material budgets, and lead facility and equipment planning for future growth.
  • Deliver Results: Monitor development program performance, ensuring timely, high-quality execution across all European-led programs.
  • Play a key role in advancing reliability growth initiatives and enhancing reliability testing methods to support continuous improvement and product robustness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in engineering leadership within automotive or related industries.
  • Strong background in product development, facility planning, and prototype build processes.
  • Exceptional ability to lead large, diverse teams and manage complex budgets.
