About the role
- Drive substantial revenue growth across Ford’s commercial lineup, including Ford Super Duty.
- Create and operationalise our B2B strategy to maximise fleet engagement and lead generation.
- Build deep relationships with industry associations and showcase real-world customer success.
- Establish Ford as the premier choice for fleet customers.
- Report directly to the Key Accounts Manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Communications, Marketing or relevant with a background in growing revenue.
- Tertiary qualified with a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for finding the "human" story in technical or commercial environments.
- Proven experience in managing high-visibility events or exhibitions with a focus on engagement and lead capture.
- A natural ability to build rapport with industry bodies, associations, and high-level stakeholders.
- A motivated professional who can work independently to identify opportunities and create content autonomously.
