About the role
- Identify new customer opportunities for Ford’s commercial line up including Ford Super Duty and drive significant revenue growth.
- Build a strong corporate customer base and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Play a pivotal role in capturing market share and establishing a best-in-class service reputation for Ford's newest fleet offering.
- Report directly to the Key Accounts Manager and be field-based at the Regional Office in Perth.
- Interstate travel will be an essential requirement for this role.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or a field-based representative role.
- Tertiary qualified with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of vehicle sales and service processes across both corporate and dealership levels.
- Sound knowledge of automotive products and associated services, with a technical or engineering background highly regarded.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- A motivated self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and can manage multiple complex projects under demanding deadlines.
