About the role

  • Drive substantial revenue growth across Ford’s commercial lineup, including Ford Super Duty, within the SME sector.
  • Partner with dealers to help them grow revenue and proactively build a high-performing sales pipeline.
  • Leverage strategic memberships and industry associations to capture market share and establish Ford as the partner of choice for business owners and trade professionals.
  • Report directly to the Key Accounts Manager and operate on a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or a field-based representative role.
  • Tertiary qualified with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of vehicle sales and service processes across both corporate and dealership levels.
  • Sound knowledge of automotive products and associated services, with a technical or engineering background highly regarded.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • A motivated self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and can manage multiple complex projects under demanding deadlines.
