About the role

  • As a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Billing Platform, you will be a key driver in orchestrating the delivery of billing related initiatives.
  • You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into tangible product features, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, agile leadership, and a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements to deliver high-quality, customer-centric billing experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering). or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 5+ years with progressive responsibilities in IT and Agile Processes.
  • Strong demonstrated competencies in leading all agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Iteration Planning, Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Team Retros, etc.).
  • Strong communication, collaborative, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to work closely with software engineers, product managers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong personal presence to be able to represent technical concerns in Product Line prioritization.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive development with a customer-centric approach while engaging in the technical design.
  • Experience defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps, and creating and managing backlogs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision-making in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Must be able to think and act strategically, without constraints, but be able to operationalize.
  • Experience with Lean methodology, eXtreme Programming, and Domain Driven Design.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive full stack development.
  • Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners by effectively utilizing online tools such as Slack, WebEx Teams, and other communication channels.
  • Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) or payments industry.
