About the role
- As a Technical Program Manager for the Enterprise Billing Platform, you will be a key driver in orchestrating the delivery of billing related initiatives.
- You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and development teams to translate strategic roadmaps into tangible product features, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across all stakeholders.
- This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, agile leadership, and a deep understanding of both business and technical requirements to deliver high-quality, customer-centric billing experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering). or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 5+ years with progressive responsibilities in IT and Agile Processes.
- Strong demonstrated competencies in leading all agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-Ups, Iteration Planning, Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Team Retros, etc.).
- Strong communication, collaborative, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to work closely with software engineers, product managers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong personal presence to be able to represent technical concerns in Product Line prioritization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive development with a customer-centric approach while engaging in the technical design.
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps, and creating and managing backlogs.
- Ability to work collaboratively and navigate complex decision-making in a rapidly changing environment.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Must be able to think and act strategically, without constraints, but be able to operationalize.
- Experience with Lean methodology, eXtreme Programming, and Domain Driven Design.
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to drive full stack development.
- Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners by effectively utilizing online tools such as Slack, WebEx Teams, and other communication channels.
- Experience in the financial technology (FinTech) or payments industry.
