About the role
- Ensure accurate payment to the outside supplier based on the Invoice/Adjustment/Payment entries processed
- Detect Debit Balance/Disbursement team input errors
- Ensure Due Date amendment / Positive Pay checks/Urgent tax payments are prioritized and handled on a timely basis
- Audit DM/CM documents / Adjustment entries as per the agreed timeline.
- Handle stop pay requests on the same day
- Action CRM requests assigned within a TAT of 24 hours
- Handle BCP activities appropriately
- Coordinate with cross-functional team on errors and resolve issues
- Ensure submission of various metric on a timely basis with accuracy and high quality
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- 5 Years of experience
- Preferably Audit background
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (both Written & Oral) in English
- Good knowledge in Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
